Here are some more images of the finished trophy Tina (who also posted images from the sketch book) and I made for OFF13 commissioned by Dina Vejling.

Tina Ratzer and I made this patchwork-pot trophy for a competition initiated by Dina Vejling to design an "oscar" for Odense International Film Festival, you can cast your vote for your favorite submission here.

finally finished the stripy / floral urn-pot after much work, still not sure about the appliqued flowers...
the whole thing is made from two 2nd hand pillow cases . That's it for a while now, got a few other projects on the go-

More stripes and more flowers ; for this one I've started experimenting with some stuck-on cut-out flowers, some of them need a little tweaking before I finish the urn-pot, pretty tricky ironing things on a non-flat area (did the flowers in stages, but have to turn the whole shape in and out from time to time, which took it's toll on at least one rose)

This is a continuation on the floral theme started way back here (at least in 3D) which has lately led to this one here. However, this one will have a 'twist' (more to come asap) As in the pillow here, I had fun making the lines in the pattern + the roses line up. The fabric is a 2nd hand pillow case bought in Halifax.

This embroidery urn-pot too, is a sketch for the project that Tina Ratzer and I have been working on since the winter. It's made from the same fabric from Tina's selection as an earlier urn-pot. The top part is made from Tina's hand woven textiles.

This one is a sketch for the project which has been finished for some time; it's made from two old kitchen towels, one of which had my mother's name woven into, I re-purposed the letters to create the Ratzer + Myrup initials.

This one is a sketch too and has been ready for some time : ) and came about after some early embroidery tests for the project. (secret until today where the show opens)

Tina and I were mentioned in RUM today in connection with the The Biennale for Craft and Design 2013 which opens on the 29th of June at Rundetårn in Copenhagen. Process photos here, here and here, more to follow on this project later in the month.

finished the floral + stripy pot, nearly ran out of floral fabric, so had to make some changes in the distribution of the pattern.

Stripy sketch pot #4 is getting close to being finished; managed to salvage the old frayed label from the 2nd hand floral tablecloth and stitch it on the pot.

Have started experimenting with combining both stripy (more here, here, here,  here and here) and floral (lots here, here, here, here and here too) fabric for the project and am having a lot of fun; meanwhile in Denmark Tina's busy working on some lovely stripes too for another project :)
